"We did receive clear instruction of how to do the check in until we had to call a number that was not from the country we were staying in. On the phone the person who answer the phone didn't seem to understand or communicate well in English. This was our worse checking experience we had until now. In the apartment the walls are supper thin and you can definitely hear the neighbours, specially in the living room where there is a thin emergency door that leads inside the living room to the next door apartment. This was a horrible experience when the neighbour apartment was loud. The sofa bad has a horrible foam that we can feel the metal frame as you seat on it. The main bedroom matress was to soft for me and let to a massive back pain. The hot water was off when we got the apartment and we did notice until we decided to have a shower before going to bed and we noticed that there was no hot water and we had to have a cold shower or wait 1 hour for hot water to heat up. Definitely not a great experience."
