Room was well maintained. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Location is conveniently located near train stations and restaurants. Air conditioning kept the room quite cool and room was not dusty. I would probably choose this hotel again if I was in Ueno.

Beautiful stay. The staff was amazing - every need taken care of! The Japanese breakfast was lovely with a gorgeous garden view. The hotel is a bit away from the hustle and bustle which I prefer.

The room was spacious new and clean had a beautiful view of the bay. Breakfast was fresh. The only complaint was there was couple of minutes of elevator wait it seems everyday. 使い捨てスリッパはもう少し厚手の物がよいと思いました。足を振り上げるとすぐ飛んでいってしまいます。 洗面台が小さく、水栓も2つに分かれているのが使いずらかったです。あとは清潔で問題なし。 水のサービスがあるとさらに良かったです。
