"This is a one man show motel. The owner sleeps on the property and handles the cleaning of the property. The first room I was given toilet floors walls and refrigerator were dirty. The second room was better but smelled like a garbage dumpster. I had to turn on the air and open the door to be able to calm the smell down after being told it’s probably bcuz I needed to flush again, although I didn’t use the restroom. Then he said it was the window and just left. I had to go buy cleaning supplies to feel comfortable in the room. I wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t mind feeling like you’re surrounded by germs. Neither room smelled cleaned and the fact that the owner is trying to save money and do it himself tells me he cuts corners and cleanliness should never be cut around."

"Good parking, lovely location, comfy bed and very clean… the shower was wonderful…. Hot and strong….breakfast was as expected. the grounds are looking a little tattered tho over the years but have the potential to be beautiful! "

"Pros: 30 mi. From west entrance to Pinnacles NP. Cons: work trucks park in the back and start leaving for work at 5 AM."
