This hotel has great location in Tapachula. I stayed for 10 days and feel safe and comfortable. Carmen our housekeeper was excellent always very nice and caring. The front desk staff very accurate. I will come back.

Looked better in pictures—wasn’t as close to Zocolo as expected. All the staff at the front desk was Excellent!!! The wifi was terrible-even after the front desk put Bri on housekeeping. Not thrilled with resteraunt—had to tell them how to make a curb libra. Club sandwich good—breakfast buffet interesting. Not gringo food!!!! Chocolate milk excellent.

Terrible lobby staff for checking in. Room is fine, but everything is old and worn out and it shows. Even though everything works. Not worth the $1250MXN they charge. Barely worth the discounted $1000something I paid.
