"We had a wonderful stay at Skyridge Inn! We booked the top-floor two-bedroom suite for two adults and two kids. Each room has large king-size beds and beautiful windows that offer stunning views. The breakfast we had was delicious; we enjoyed breakfast burritos. The hot tub was wonderfully heated. Shawn, the owner, who also operates the Capitol Reef Outfitter tour company, took us on an exciting UTV tour of the area. The whole family loved it! I wish we could have stayed a few more days to explore the fishing opportunities and appreciate the stunning scenery around Torrey."
"Room was clean and the views were great. Proximity to Capitol Reef was definitely a plus. The staff, with the exception of the gentleman working breakfast every morning we're curt and only moderately friendly. While at breakfast on day 2 of 3, our door frame "cracked apart" whiched opened our door while we were away. Nothing was missing but upon reporting the issue to the front desk, there was hardly any empathy or urgency in fixing the issue. The issue was fixed with a new latch being installed and a fresh coat of paint over the still very visibly cracked doorframe. No followup made from the staff."
"The pictures you see on hotels.com look beautiful. What we got assigned was a first floor room behind the stairwell to the 2nd floor. We asked for an upgrade and were told none available. Room was dated and sink drain had to be fixed. Lobby smelled of cannibus. Restaurant had such bad reviews we did not go there. Highly recommend you skip, this place."
"Motel Torrey was a great place to stay while visiting Capitol Reef NP! Check-in was easy, room was clean, bed was comfy, shower was hot/good pressure - and it was one of the more affordable options in the area. Highly recommend! "
