Great facility. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, and there's a convenience store right inside. Location is out of the way from the rest of Busan, but otherwise it's awesome.

It was a good place for business commitments during my time in Busan. Lots of things nearby to explore. However, the space was a bit tight and housekeeping supprt was so limited. Adjusting to the trash expectations and staff communication barriers is something to consider as well.

The check in was fine, the hotel is tired looking and the carpets need to be replaced on the floors. The bed was comfy but the windows were not soundproofed to keep the street noise away at night. Bearing in mind this was quite a loud area with restaurants and other 24 hour places (including a strip club) nearby

Room wasn ’t that clean and there was damage to the walls, most likely from luggage. However, the room was larger than normal which was the only positive. Staff were not always available at front desk. Location ok. No breakfast available even though website says there is.

"The room was very dirty and falling apart (towel rod half fallen off, mold, etc., plus the toilet had a leak, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke). I would not recommend staying here. The upper shower head had leaks that pointed at the ceiling, so I was afraid to use it in case it caused damage ..."
