Las sabanas están viejas y desgastadas, no hay tapete en el baño y termina todo mojado, los colchones viejos y algo incomodos, nos hospedamos ahí porque favorecía la logística de nuestro viaje.

Huasteca Potosina Family Adventure

Clean hotel, very friendly staff. Small town with local restaurants and shops within walking distance. Very close to the Cascada Tamul. Ask for Cesar to be your tour guide if planning to go to the Cascada / Cenote, he was there on site at the hotel/restaurant. Amazing views all around.

Location hard to find GPS takes you to a dead end. The hotel is nice and clean. Small restaurant just across from it. You can feel nature all around. They have people right by the hotel that will take you to the Cascada, it's and amazing experience.

A nice rest after a day visiting the waterfall.

The hotel is minutes away from the waterfall in a very small town. It’s the best looking hotel in this location. Great for a one night stay after see the beautiful Cascada Tamil. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable.

El peor hotel de Hoteles.com

Casi no me quejo, pero ésta ocasión no hay forma de no hacerlo, no entiendo como puede ser que te encuentres este tipo de hoteles en una aplicación, pagué $1,999.00 por temporada alta pero en verdad esta asqueroso e inseguro el hotel, sábanas que parecen de papel, el lugar super sucio, no servía el lavabo, las puertas de la habitación son corredizas y la chapa es como de vitrina, no hay donde poner ni tu maleta, el estacionamiento es en la calle. No recomiendo para nada este hotel menos si vas con tu familia ya que se percibe inseguro y la vas a pasar muy mal si te hospedas ahí además de que el costo es muy elevado para el servicio que recibes, en verdad ese "Hotel" es de $250.00 pesos, no más.

Un lugar excelente si lo que quieres es descansar de un día de caminata y aventura extrema. A unos minutos de la cascada de Tamul. Tiene buen servicio y la alberca limpia. Recomendable

NO TENÍAN HABITACIÓN PARA MI RESERVACIÓN

Después de viajar desde la Ciudad de México todo el día, llegué al hotel a las 9:00 p.m. para que me salieran con que hubo un problema con la actualización del sistema y mi reservación a través de Hoteles.com no se podía hacer válida, pues estaban llenos y no podían ofrecerme ninguna habitación. A esa hora tuve que regresar a Ciudad Valles y peregrinar por varios hoteles para poder encontrar donde dormir.

Good hotel

Stayed in the triple bed room with my family, it was comfortable and clean but does need some TLC. Only issues we had was the noise level as the walls are thin and since it’s a small hotel you can hear the people at the pool, the room above and outside! Also, NO hot water, we tried showering at different times of the day and there was no hot water, only from the bathroom sink. Other than that, location was good and overall a good hotel.

It’s close to Tamul waterfalls. Very basic necessities and room is a tight space. It’s definitely not a hotel, it’s a motel style place. The room was clean but found a giant roach in the bathroom and towels definitely need replacement seeing that the edges of the towels are shredded. There are guides that will take you to the waterfall with equipment but they lack a vehicle to take you there. It’s $150 peso per person if 6 or more people or $1000 pesos if less than 6 people. Staff was kind to help us obtain a taxi the night before our check out since taxis are scarce. There is NO cell service in the area.
