We had a very comfortable 3 night stay at this motel. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and bedding, bathroom was clean and fresh. Surprisingly even though right a main road it is a nice quiet motel. Don't let the name 'budget' make you think twice. Highly recommended and definitely would stay again.

It’s very wrong that when there is an event on in Tamworth, the motels up their prices. The budget motel is definitely budget but clean enough but not worth the price I had to pay.

Definitely over priced for sub standard accommodation, bathroom door would not shut properly and there were no chairs. Would not recommend.

I did not like paying $297 for an overnight 2-star property because it was a long weekend. This property should be charging no more than $140 a night - broken light over mirror, one side table and only one lamp.

Its all in the name ‘budget’ rooms were very ordinary, not very clean, mould on ceilings, water from shower smelt like sewage and heat in shower not consistent. Aircon did not work properly, lawns were a mile high, and no staff on site to check us in..

Very basic room but all we needed for a stopover in a long road trip. Very clean & comfortable. Was worried we’d be cold but it was lovely & warm, plenty of blankets.

Everything needed for a short stay, Microwave, Electric Jug. Peaceful area but within easy walking distance to shops and restuarants. Good free Wi-Fi as well. Just park in front of your front door and settle in.

I was pleased to get a booking at the last minute when most motels in the city were booked out. I only needed a single but actually got a family room for a single price. Budget motel but clean and comfy. I regularly stay in Tamworth and would not hesitate staying here again. In a good location also near the bottle shop & eatery.
