This hotel is old, poorly maintained and poorly cleaned. The rooms are musty and there are indications that they haven't been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time. The ceiling fans are caked with residue, the internet is terrible, the sheets and bath had residual hairs from previous tenants, there were stained towels and mold, mildew and dust throughout. The hotel barely rates a 1-star.

If your looking for a 1930’s condemned Nuclear Fallout shelter, look no further. That only thing that lives here are the cockroaches and black mold. Great for those who wanna chance catching the dungi but I wouldn’t even put my mother-in-law in this hotel. Between the state-of-the-art wallpaper that acts as a roll-out carpet to the all-ready imbedded crusted Ramon on the stovetop burner, waste no time at this “Hollywood Hangout.” Not to mention the beautiful, newly redesigned office, with a purchase limit of a mere 100$ minimum, so be sure to quench your thirst with 18 bottles of water and a pack of gum. Be sure to say hello to your neighbors through the Saran Wrap walls as you lay your head down upon millions of microbes awaiting your arrival!! It was true bliss and worth every penny!!

Liked that it has a free shuttle to the airport. Staff was friendly. Otherwise, not much. Property is dirty and run down. Booked it only to get a few hours rest between flights. Was not worth the price.

Staff was friendly and management was good. Musty room smell, electricity shorted out twice. No elevator so we had to carry our luggage upstairs to the second floor. Full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher in the room. Free taxi service back to hotel was appreciated. Two bedroom unit can sleep 4 people. Ok for budget travel.

Very good! Staff very friendly and helpful. General cleanliness is good in general. Typhoon aftermath debris still recovering, recommend faster internet and need repairs on the stairway railings. Otherwise, excellent services!

I wish I was kidding but we arrived to a room with a bag on the floor, one bed converter was pulled down with pillow in the middle of the bed and a clothes hanger from maybe Kmart for what looked like kids clothes on the other bed. We walked in and I was on stroll Guam scheduling a car for pick up while booking a new room. We literally didn't stay in the room thirty minutes because of the condition. I'm not that person to not recommend but I cannot and will not recommend this hotel.

The hotel’s interior is old with decade’s old appliances. There was no cable TV and the Wi-Fi was slow due to overuse. The pool requires cleaning and there was ant infestation inside the room. The staff, however is amazingly cordial.

I booked a night at the Guam Airport Hotel on a layover. I was traveling home from Japan so had heavy luggage. I checked in without problem and the first indication that it wasn't a modern hotel was the metal room key. I soon discovered there was no elevator and had to lug all my luggage up to the third floor. Then we got in the room. The air conditioning blew cool air but not enough to adequately cool the room. The TV didn't work, and there was no WiFi at all. No toiletries in the room. My son came out of the bathroom with ants on his neck. I looked and saw ants in the bathroom. I will be sure to avoid this hotel on future visits to Guam.

This hotel is extremely dirty. I saw some ants and hair around kitchen and bathroom. The carpet was mess as there was a lot of trash left around, and appliances had some stains and dust. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The TV was not connected and I could not watch anything. The property was really old, appliances and furniture were garbage. I was scared of how unclean it was that I thought I was going to get infected. This was the most terrible hotel I have ever stayed.

This is a great choice if you need a nice low-priced place to stay in Guam. With kitchens, it is great for an extended stay. If you want luxury accommodation, you will be disappointed. This is a good choice if you want a homey, comfortable, and affordable place. Parking can be challenging if you get there late. Many of the apartments have 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people comfortably. I recommend it for families and folks needing a place to saty.

The staff were very friendly, the price was great and literally a 10 minute walk from the airport. For no-frills work trips, it's perfect. Older property and the furniture's a bit worn out but all the appliances work (the A/C was cold) and rooms are huge with full kitchens. If staff are available, they'll hook you up with a free ride to the airport (drop-off only).
