"I was honored to be the first guest after the reopening post-pandemic. I especially enjoyed the meals on the terrace overlooking the Ourika Valley. The Kasbah is located in a rather vertical village known for its ceramic work. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was well decorated and spacious. Kamal, his wife and Souffiane made my stay enjoyable and relaxing."

"Place was beautiful…it was sketchy in the beginning when we were looking for the place…once we found it’s it opened into an oasis…. Pool was relaxing and the food scrumptious… beds were comfy… keep windows close … bugs fly in.. no screens"

Excellent resort family friendly with customer first attitude.
Fiona was excellent and attentive to our needs. Hisham and Amin, our butler were always there when we needed them. The mandarin pool villa is beautifully designed and the gardens outside the villa are like your in Paradise. Perfect location for medina and the airport. Highly recommend this place.

As soon as I booked with Free People Riad and Spa I had an incredible experience! They organised my airport transfer which was really helpful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the owner Pilar made you feel like it was your home too! The place was absolutely spotless and my room was gorgeous I didn’t want to leave. Location is also really great, I ended up walking to each of the tourist spots which were no more than 10-25mins walk and was fun to explore all the streets and shops on the...

It was a beautiful setting. Very quiet and perfect contrast to the bustle of the city. The rooms were so spacious and in beautiful Moroccan riad style. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

We were delighted with this hotel. It was beautifully decorated, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, the food was wonderful, the spa luxurious. There was nothing not to like and we will definitely be returning at some point.

Fantastic stay from start to finish. We were contacted after booking, which was a lovely touch, and we chose this riad based on repeat-guest reviews — now we know why.
Perfect location: peaceful but still close enough to feel part of Marrakech. The room was spacious and spotless, with the bonus of a real fire in the bedroom each evening. We had two dinners at the riad, both delicious and great value.
Amazing breakfast and outstanding hospitality from Nicholas and his team. We will definitely...

From being picked up from the airport the Es Saadi Palace staff could not do enough for us. It is a very calm peaceful hotel away from the madness of the hub of Marrakesh....only a 10 minute taxi ride £4 although our first night £10 (think we must have been tired!) Food is excellent although a little pricey. Towels changed daily & sometimes twice (a little much) fresh roses in our room.
A beautiful cake & candles were in our room on our birthday total surprise as we had told no one!!

Wow what a beautiful place . From our first day we were made so very welcome by Ibrahim and all of the other staff , nothing was too much for them . The hotel is so interesting and comfortable too , very clean . So interesting to find out the history of the building too . We eat breakfast each morning which we really enjoyed , a great start to each day . I couldn’t recommend this Riad more . I would definitely go back again if I ever find myself in Marrakesh. Many thanks to everyone for making...

The hotel grounds are beautiful, we went half-board which was fantastic couldn't complain about the food as it was fantastic, staff were lovely and very helpful they couldn't do enough for you. City and airport was a short ride away which the hotel offers transport for.

A truely spectacular experience. I don't usually leave reviews but this place really is worth every penny spent. We were looked after like royalty. Gorgeous views and the perfect getaway if you want a stress free break. I would recommend this place over and over again. Will be back soon.

A beautiful hotel with welcoming and kind staff. Our room was stunning, absolutely palatial with a magnificent marble bathroom. The gardens, pool and restaurant were all perfect. I couldn’t fault this place and would love to return.

This was my third time visiting Marrakech and second time staying in the Four Seasons. I decided to come back because this place offers unparalleled service. The staff are very nice, always smiling and very attentive (they even clean your sunglasses by the pool). They make you feel like you own the place. The resort is full of palm trees, has a tennis court, a nice gym and great pool. The Premium rooms have great balconies with a view of the Atlas Mountains. Nothing compares to having your...

Our party were treated like Queens. All the rooms were beautifully decorated and filled with those small things that make a stay special , robes, fruit, water, slippers and toiletries. A guide was arranged for us to take in the sites of Marrakech and i would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairmont. The hotel is beautiful and our room was lovely, very spacious, comfortable and luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedsheets were so soft, which made it feel even more luxurious.
The food was also really nice and overall we had a wonderful stay.
The only downside is that the drinks are quite expensive. For example, a gin and tonic is around £15, so you’re really looking at London prices.
