"This hotel is not bad for the price. They have spacious rooms, a beautiful balcony and a self serve breakfast with few items to choose from but it’s acceptable for the price you pay for the hotel. One issue I had was that the staff on my check in day didn’t speak English. Luckily, I was with my wife who is Indonesian so that was no problem for me. A major problem for me was at the check in time, the ladies at the reception couldn’t not find my reservation and didn’t even know the website...
"Property and faciities were dated. Quality of food were below average. Only redeeming factor was staff friendliness and service attitude although they could do with more training."
