Taman Bayu Packages (Flight + Hotel)

It’s quite a good location and convenient for shopping as well as for sightseeing with subway stations nearby. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Check in / check out was quite easy and smooth.

Self contained apartment. Check in needs a managing staff not at the reception. 2 pools at the the top with view to the twin towers and a bigger pool at the 6 floors with other amenities such as restaurants and hydrotherapy and filtered water machine etc. Taking public transport to city centre is harder as you need to walk to the twin towers (several minutes) under a hot sun and then 30 minutes by public transport.

Confirmation email had incorrect information on it. Said front desk closed at 10pm, luckily for us it was 11pm as per another booking sites information. Phone number in the email was inactive as was another number we tried from another booking site. No way to call. Suite cleanliness wasn’t the best. Mirror in bathroom was dirty, shower had a musty smell and floor has a fair few hairs on it that weren’t mine. Only 2 towels provided, no bath mat, no hand towel, no face cloths. Fridge wasn’t cleaned and wiped out from last people, no cloth or teatowel provided for the kitchen. The pool area and pool was lovely, but the few lounger chairs around were all broken.
