"It was a clean room, breakfast not much selection, staff have to use google translate to communicate in English which works because I have booked for a room with balcony however they were able to give it because it was not available, but this was explained to me until I was in the room, hence needing a google translate to explain why it wasn’t provided. I didn’t demand further as I was led onto the room already and having a two way conversation is really hard. The day before I check in, I messaged them regarding an earlier check in but no reply. I’m ok that they have given me a room on earlier check in but just disappointed that there’s no window at all."

"Do not stay here! The young man at the front desk tried very hard to be helpful but the “boss” refused. The hotel did not book the airport shuttle as promised. The room was blistering hot and when I asked for a simple sheet to sleep under instead of a heavy duvet, the manager refused. The water in the shower never got hot at night but was ok the next morning. The whole area is dirty and sketchy. Grab doesn’t even deliver food here and there is almost nothing close to walk to and eat. I stayed here to be close to the airport but next time I am in Hanoi, I will stay at a real hotel and ride ten minutes longer to the airport. My whole trip to Vietnam for two weeks was so perfect except for this sketchy “hotel”. Zero stars!"

"Great place and the most comfortable bed and the pillows were the best. Shame was only one night stay. The food was lovely and recommend for anyone flying out or in to stay as close to the airport. "

"Very convenient it is inside the airport and the staff is very helpful and very nice it is a pod hotel so there is no toilet in the unit however the walk to the toilet only 1 minute so it's ok we used it for the second year in a row and still happy with it especially the location oh yes there is a front desk 24 hours so if you check in late it's still ok we did check in both years at 1 am"

"Staff is kind and room clean. You are staying in a popup shack in an airport. Fairly expensive by Vietnam hotel standards as well. Temper your expectations accordingly."
