Staff was rude

Check in was difficult with staff’s limited English. We booked a suite but were given a standard room. The hotel was barely occupied and we showed our booking, but the staff was not helpful and rude. The breakfast was eggs only due to the low occupancy. The hotel itself is new, clean, conveniently located.

快適に過ごすことができました。滞在中に街全体が停電になりましたが、すぐに蝋燭を準備してくださり、またいつ復旧する予定かなど丁寧に説明いただきました。シャワールームにシャンプーとボディソープを置くスペースがあるとありがたいです。

Lần đầu tiên ở khách sạn Sofia và cũng lần đầu tiên lên Tam Đảo. Mình có một số nhận xét như sau : - Địa điểm: Hotel nằm ngay trung tâm, đi chơi , ăn uống khá tiện lợi, gần khu chợ, khách sạn có chỗ đậu ô tô nên k phải lo. -Sạch sẽ: Vì là khách sạn mới nên tổng quan khá sạch sẽ, gọn gàng. -Phòng ốc: Cung cấp đầy đủ Amenities, vì mới nên phòng ốc so với 3 sao mình thấy là dc. Duy chỉ có sàn nhà sạn và hơi bẩn. -Dịch vụ: Ngoài mấy bác bảo vệ rất nhiệt tình ra thì nhân viên lễ tân không được tươi tỉnh và thân thiện. Khi mình c/in, bạn nữ nhân viên k nở nổi nụ cười, mình đi vợ chồng, nhân viên quẳng ngay cho phòng TWIN, check in thì k thèm hỏi hay confirm lại booking của khách, phòng mình tận tầng 11, đi lên xong lại lết xuống để đổi giường to thì bạn nhân viên kêu là bbk của mình là Twin, chỉ khi mình đưa cho xem bbk của mình là Queen size thì bạn ý lại kêu k có phòng, rồi đổ lỗi là do bên travel agent và còn kêu mình complain với họ, chứ lỗi k phải do khách sạn. Cuối cùng thấy mình cương quyết k lấy giường TWIN và đòi gửi thư khiếu nại thì lễ tân mới kêu HSKP ghép giường. K có sự lựa chọn nên mình đành chấp nhận, vì là giường ghép nên nó bị cái khe ghép ở giữa , báo hại a nhà mình cả đêm ngủ k ngon, sáng dậy đau hết lưng. Khách sạn nên training nhân viên hơn trong phần ứng xử với khách - Nhà hàng ăn uống: Chỉ thử ăn sáng, đồ ăn cũng tạm ổn phù hợp ở mức 3 sao. Sẽ quay lại đây nếu quản lí đào tạo nhân viên bài bản & chuyên nghiệp hơn. Thank you!
