"Charmantes Hotel, mitten in der Altstadt, genauer gesagt, an der Stadtmauer. Es ist ein sehr schönes Gebäude, sauber und sehr gut geführt, mit schönem Innenhof. Für Touristen strategisch fantastisch gelegen. Zum berühmten Viewpoint nur die Stufen hoch, zum Bahnhof und zur Markthalle nur ein paar Meter. Super nettes Team. Tolles Bett! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Hotel in einer super Lage! Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Das Bad war sehr ordentlich und die Dichtungen neu gezogen und absolut schimmelfrei. Der Pool ist eher klein und es gibt dort keinerlei Regeln für die Nutzung. Erwachsene Männer springen vom Beckenrand und trinken Bier im Whirlpool - sehr schade."

"Fantastic stay at the Raddison in Tallinn. The customer service was exceptional. The staff couldn’t do enough to help with queries. When the spa was out of action for a few hours, they arranged a taxi and amenities so that we could utilise the spa facilities in the sister hotel in Tallinn. The breakfast is also fantastic"

"The plumbing in our room smelled like sewer. When we called the front desk, we asked that they come up and look at it when we were gone at 1330. The maintenence man walked directly into the room without knocking at 1130, my partner was in the shower, I asked him to come back after 1330. The maintenence man walked into the room again without knocking while I was changing at 1245. We left at 1330, returned that night and the smell was still there."

"I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I felt right at home. The studio apartment was so cute, classy, clean and cosy. It had everything I could have needed and the communication and friendly and check in procedure were all excellent. Other places I have booked into have a lot to live up to 😊. It was just right for me"
