"The property is very old. There were cigarette burns on the sink and bathtub that have to be from 20+ years ago when smoking in a room was still permitted. I checked in very late and the staff was accommodating and I did get into my room. It was clean. There was no signage about WiFi being available or anything, nor anything describing amenities. The building is not marked "Suburban Studios" so was difficult to know I was there. For after hours there is a note on the side of the building with the number to call and it was barely legible. I had to shine my light on it and guess at 2 of the numbers. Parking lot was full, so it was difficult to find a spot to park. It was a busy weekend. Again, the strengths were the people working there, but the facility is old, tired, and not very appealing to the eye. Lots of dope smoking outside so the clientele is what it is. "

"We encountered two primary issues during our stay. Firstly, attempts to contact the front desk around 12 AM regarding a backed-up toilet were unsuccessful, and we were unable to obtain a plunger until the following day, when we requested one from a housekeeper. Secondly, upon arriving for breakfast 20 minutes prior to closing, we found that no food items remained, despite a significant number of guests still present and attempting to dine. Aside from these concerns, the premises were clean, and the housekeeping staff maintained the rooms diligently."

"Room and facility were very clean and well kept! The pull out sofa mattress left much to be desired, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay!"

"The person at check in was extremely nice. The rooms were spacious and had just enough color and character to make our stay special."

"Bathroom walls needed a little attention in our room. Beds are squeaky and unstable. Check in staff was good and was handing an issue when we arrived and did the best he could with the problem at hand. They did not have any extra room towels and offered pool towels instead. The ac unit in our room did not work."

"Overall the stay was great. They have an indoor heated pool and hot tub. The rooms were clean and bed was soft. The pillows were a little flat if you like thick fluffy ones. The only downside was the breakfast. They have a really nice coffee machine but the (powdered) eggs and turkey sausage patties were pretty nasty. It’s already included in the cost (advertised as free) of the room. Save your taste buds and travel somewhere for breakfast."
