As is customary with the Carlton, my experience was first class throughout; check in to checking out. As a seasoned traveller I have never returned so many times to a particular hotel but it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else in Bangkok despite the many options available. Great credit the GM and his team.

We had a fantastic two weeks at the hotel, the staff were amazing and catered to our needs.
Right near the bts so travelling about was not an issue. Would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous stay as always , it’s our 7 th time at the Chatrium. Beautiful room - 1 bedroomed suite with fantastic river views. Breakfast is first class. Service brilliant. Wonderful staff. Friendly, attentive and helpful.

We had a wonderful time at the Amari. The room was clean, the food in the restaurants was very impressive. Overall the highlight for us was the staff. They were all very polite and couldn't do enough to help and ensure our stay was the best at it could be. Particular thanks to the staff of the Prego restaurant.

The hotel is amazing. The room which was a River View suite was amazing. The view from the top bar is second to none. Breakfast fantastic, they make your toast to order over hot coals!!
