"初めて民泊を利用しました。当日代金の一部を現金で支払うとエクスペディアからの案内があり、そのことをとても心配していましたが実際はその様な支払いはありませんでした。建物の外観だと思われたピンクのビルの紹介写真は隣の建物のもので、建物を探す目安になりましたがその点を明記しておいてもらえたら良かったです。トイレの中にシャワーがあるので、シャワーを浴びて、水を一時的に止めると排水が追いつかずに便器まで届いた水がこちらに戻ってくるのが気持ちが悪く感じました。そういうのが気にならない方は安くで宿泊出来ていいと思います。今回5人で利用したので、みんなで一緒に泊まれるホテルが無く、こちらに泊まりました。値段相応のお部屋だったと思います。ドライヤーや歯ブラシ、タオルやお茶も用意してもらいました。"

"Think twice before booking... 1. Toilet flush and Toilet door are spoit. Asked person in charge to fixed the toilet flush. 2. Room picture does not tally. 3. Hotel location given on website is wrong, need call them before check in to double confirm the exact location. 4. Simple cleaning like clearing your rubbish is offered once every 2 days. Othereise, additional charges applies. 5. Wifi not working, had to call up to get it fixed. 6. My request of 5 person become 4 person in their record. 7....

"숙소 위치는 너무 좋아요 바로 옆에 소금커피집도 있고 지하철역도 엄청 가까워요 그리고 집주인하고 연락도 잘돼요!! 근데 저가 이용했을 때 밖에 공사중이라 소리가 너무 시끄러워서 아침에 깼어요 그리고 관리가 그렇게 잘 되는 것 같진 않았어요 하지만 엄~~청 예민하지 않으면 이런 단점들은 신경 안 쓰이는 정도에요 추천까지는 아니고 괜찮은 숙소입니다"
