老闆很隨和，親自接待我們，客房乾淨舒適，我們住的是雙人房，空間很足夠，浴室是乾濕分離，很喜歡這樣的設計，有對外窗，但是沒有景色，雙人床很有彈性，睡起來很舒服，晚上坐在沙發前看電視很愜意，另外，隔天早上老闆親手製作的早餐很簡單但很健康，民宿外面停車也很方便，路邊很多空位，整個民宿空間乾淨且明亮，整體住宿的感覺令人很愉快！

非常非常推薦!!!

外觀非常漂亮，內部裝潢也非常有品味。老闆態度非常好且會仔細介紹景點與美食，花時間重新將老闆所推薦的地方都排進行程裡是非常值得的喔! 房間乾淨整潔，雖然沒有冰箱但是可以借用廚房的冰箱使用，其他都無可挑剔! 老闆做的早餐非常美味，推薦的美食也非常棒，誠心推薦這家民宿，是十分划算且物超所值的住宿體驗!

難以言喻的優良體驗

房東人十分親切，剛進門登記就很詳細的介紹與推薦遊玩行程，還幫我們仔細說明公車時刻與建議景點。房間乾淨又舒適，隔音也很好，晚上可以徹底的放鬆休息。早餐也很好吃，清粥小菜配上台東的新鮮蔬菜，鮮甜且吃完身體都覺得很舒服，只可惜只住了一晚。 硬要找出缺點大概只有離市區距離有點遠，最好是有開車，但離火車站就非常近。

お部屋が清潔、オーナーさんの対応も非常に丁寧で、女一人旅でも安心して宿泊することができました。次の宿泊先にアポイントをとってくれたり、車で駅まで送迎してくれたりと現地の携帯や車が無い場合でも不便を感じずにすんだのが良かったです。 しいて言うならば当日にチェックイン時間の確認がメールで送られてくるので、こまめにメールを確認しておくことをお勧めします。

Great location, warm and comfortable room!

It's only 10-min walk from Taitung Station, despite of a little far from the downtown (about 10 min scooter-ride). I love the the room clean, very comfortable and soundproofed well! The bathroom is equipped with separate dry-wet area. The host is very kind! Next time, I will still choose to stay at Soft Travel Hostel. Having very great experience there!

環境非常漂亮舒服，房間很乾淨空間也足夠。離火車站很近，只要走10mins左右就可以到了，交通算是便利。老闆非常有耐心的推薦台東的好玩景點而且每天都有親自做的早餐吃，讓我和朋友都覺得很有家的感覺。就算在台東玩的4天裡每天都下著雨玩得沒有很盡興，但是多待在民宿裡休息也沒有讓我們覺得浪費了假期。謝謝老闆兩夫婦的照顧，我們一定會再來台東找你們玩啊=D

我和朋友共兩人原先預訂的兩人房應在一樓，由於其他房間被同一組客人預訂了，民宿主人怕我們會被其他客人在一樓聚會聊天的聲音干擾，於是主動將我們調整至頂樓的四人房，非常的貼心！ 民宿主人像朋友一樣親切，提供許多在地旅遊資訊，住宿環境十分乾淨舒適，並提供豐盛的早餐，且住宿價格和其他民宿相比非常親民，是以背包旅舍的價格提供超優質服務的好民宿！

Beyond expectations

Soft Travel Hostel, and it is exactly that, the host Mr Chen makes your trip to Taitung easy and you'll find it very enjoyable during your time there. The main method of travel to Taitung, if you are not driving, is by the railway, it is less than 4 hours from Taipei if you get on the fastest non-HSR train going down the east coast, or an hour and half train ride from Gaoxiong (Kaohsiung) if you get off the HSR on the west coast, and this hostel is a short 10 minute walk from the train station, and we were offered a free pick up by the host. What we really loved about this hostel is the host, Mr Chen, he'll do his best to take care of you while you are there, and we couldn't ask for a better stay. He personally prepares the breakfast for his guests, and loves to tell you about Taitung and the area. The hostel itself is custom built by Mr Chen in 2014. It is very elegantly built, and as a designer place, it is very spacious and comfy, with bright bathrooms, modern decor, and we loved everything in the hostel. Other than the train station, the hostel is some distance away from the downtown area, and if you are taking a taxi to/from downtown, it'll be about 200 NT one way (they don't do meters in Taitung, as of 2015 anyways), which is still very reasonable. Again, we love everything about this place, and is highly recommended because of the host, will certainly come stay again!
