"The room was cold, not enough electric outlets in the room, bed and pillows were uncomfortable. No one available to answer questions. No breakfast nor a restaurant close by to buy one. The shower was good. Checking in was horrible and no ability to store suitcases prior to checkin time."

"The Inn is easy to find with ample parking. My concerns centred on strong, damp like smelly in my room. Curtains that couldn't be closed properly. With the main door not being locked at night, security was very poor. I was woken by a disturbance outside my door during the night it was very unsettling. All these issues might have been easier to raise with staff had they been approachable. It took the duration of the trip for the person at reception to smile and be friendly. Would definitely not...
