不好的住宿經驗

住宿當晚冷氣壞掉，入住時冷氣溫度調到22度，結果溫度不但沒降下來反而升到27度，就這樣熱到睡不著，一直跟櫃台反應，櫃台只說從中控那邊可以調節溫度，但是過了一個小時溫度一樣27度，就這樣反應了四次櫃台終於說要叫人來處理，可是當下已經半夜一點多身上沒穿衣服根本不方便讓人進入房內，後來過20分鐘又說要幫我們換房間？半夜一點半還要收拾行李換房？如果早在晚上11點反應時馬上處理不就好了，等到一點半才說要幫我們換房間，最後我只能請櫃台給我一台電風扇勉強撐著睡著，實在是花錢買罪受

入住登記的感受度

您好 住了兩天剛剛評分評錯了 第一晚從入住到退房都滿分。但第二晚入住過程稍微不解 因為第一晚證件也是拿同住人證件登記馬上入住，第二晚因為有換房型我們有退房 但入住時堅持拿訂房人證件登記，這也合理如果是確認的步驟。但證件拿走到我們完成入住就在入口等了七八分鐘在裡面嘻哈聊天 我就不懂了... 接下來入車庫我們已經關鐵門就是住在出口處正對的822房瞬間又被打開感覺又突然更差.....其餘感受度跟第一天一樣完美。 因為連兩天都只能選擇麥當勞早餐 我們主動說只要飲料 櫃台接洽人員也很貼心說可以選別的主餐 不吃會餓 但樂活整體來說 第一天的好體驗彌補了第二天不足。

I chose the “pay at the hotel” option on the website agreeing to “pay in local currency”. However, this hotel charged my debit card without my authorization. I tried to explain the situation using a translation app since they don’t speak English well. Then the receptionist showed me a translation that said , “no way”. A different receptionist tried to fix the situation the next day, but my card had already been charged. Therefore, I had a negative balance in my U.S. bank account and had to borrow money. It was a horrible experience. The customer service was horrendous upon arrival. It’s not foreigner friendly at all. The hotel should not have “the pay at the hotel” option if they are going to charge your debit or credit card regardless.

都會樂活四人房

這次帶著孩子入住的是都會樂活四人房，房間寬敞明亮乾淨，浴室非常大間，晚上也不會吵，非常安靜的，很適合帶著孩子一起住，服務人員親切又貼心，早餐是吃孩子最愛的麥當勞，比上次住去台中住別家的好太多了，差不多的價位，感受完全不同，這次是個美好的體驗！可惜的是，我沒拍到房間照片..
