Lovely peaceful getaway

Villa Luku is just beautiful, set in a quiet and peaceful location out of the hustle and bustle of busy Kuta/Seminyak. The staff are amazing, happy to arrange anything you need. The villa it self was lovely, private and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this for a quiet getaway...but there are lots of steps to go down to the villas so not suited to those who physically can't handle that. My villa Yudistira was the second villa so not too bad.

Secluded Getaway for Couples

We had a wonderful stay at The Luku and really didn't want to leave! The villa was beautiful and spacious, and it was neat being surrounded by the sights and sounds of the rainforest. The private plunge pool was the perfect place to relax during the day, and it was great having fresh meals served right in our villa. If you're looking for a place to get away from it all, reconnect, and just spend time with each other, The Luku is a great choice!

Extremely terrible service.. Can't get worse..

Place is beautiful but staffs service is terrible.. worst I've seen in all my years of travel... upon arrival.. the staff keeps barging into the room without knocking on the door! 3 times! 2 times I was changing halfway in my room! Hinting for tips! Speaks poor english and communicates terribly! In the end, I stayed for 1 night and had to pay for 2 nights due to miscommunication! Even the manager isn't understanding and sided with the staff! Paid for 2 nights eventually because I had to catch the flight and didn't want to get into an endless argument and miss my flight.. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.. theres absolutely nothing to do here and at night, there's nothing to eat. Impossible to fetch a cab even if you want to go out.. 2 hours ride from airport and taxi costed a bomb..
