Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, very good restaurant and nice Spa (poos and saunas). I will chose this hotel again if I visit Szekesfehervar again.

The hotel is a boutique hotel with a lot of old pieces of furniture and the rooms have different looks. The check-in staff was professional. It’s good to have an inside and outside pool as well. We got towels and bathrobes as well. The food was nice. We had a lot of choices for breakfast as well. It is a child friendly place.

The staff at the restaurant is not friendly and helpful. I had to walk for half an hour to have the dinner at center. The hair dryer didn’t work and the reception staff responded cold just said sorry. The room is quite comfortable, spacious, quiet and clean. The breakfast is delicious and the coffee is good.

Aivan erinomainen ruoka ja mahtava asiakaspalvelun osaava henkilökunta erityisesti ravintolassa, mutta myös muualla hotellissa. Äänieristys hotellisa on kehno. Erityisesti ovien läpi kuului kaikki. Viimeisenä yönä huoneemme alapuolella ilmeisesti ravintolassa vaihdettiin ilmastointilaitetta. Jatkuva kilinä, kolina ja työn äänet pitivät hereillä. Tämä remontti näytti toki valmistuvan aamuksi, jolloin olimme lähdössä kotimatkalle.

Blisko do ścisłego centrum historycznego, ok 15 minut spacerem. Urozmaicone śniadanie w formie bufetu wydawane do godziny 10.30. Bezproblemowy dostęp do bezpłatnego parkingu hotelowego. Basen zewnętrzny i basen wewnętrzny w obiekcie. Bardzo słabo działająca klimatyzacja w pokoju. Przyzwoicie działający internet.

Prima kamer maar bij twee aparte bedden verwacht ik toch niet dat deze in verschillende hoeken van de kamer staan op 5 meter afstand van elkaar. Ontbijt was inprincipe genoeg keuze, maar een uur voor “sluiting” en dan heel veel leeg en niet aangevuld vind ik niet zo horen. Dan word de keuze beperkt.

Personal opinion

We haven't appreciated the access to the room. It was too long to get to with our luggage. The parking, although private to the hotel, is not secured. Fees for the dog are very expensive, by far more expensive than in West European countries.

Einmal und nie wieder

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben 2 Doppelzimmer mit Balkon zur Alleinbenützung gebucht, erhielten jedoch nur ein Zimmer mit Balkon, das zweite ohne Balkon, und das noch zum gleichen Preis. Es gab ewige Diskussionen, bei der Abrechnung verlangte man noch mehr, als in der Buchungsbestätigung. Man konnte das nach langer Diskussion doch noch lösen. Der Zimmerservice war schlecht. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, das Bett nicht gemacht, erst nach Aufforderung an der Reception wurde dies erledigt.
