The room was good for the price. The staffs were nice and helpful. Only complain I have is that some people were knocking on someone's door in the passage and making noise in the middle of the night around 2 AM for more than an hour. I could hear it in my room but I did not go outside my room to check because it was 2 AM. Overall, the place was good. Easy check-in and check-out and the staff in the bar was nice and helpful.

The check-in experience was great, the staff were lovely and courteous. However, there was not an inch of hot water in the bathrooms. We had an ensuite and I ran the hot water for 10 mins without any heat whatsoever. My daughter then went and checked the main bathroom and the same, ran the water for 10 mins and no heat whatsoever. A cold wash does not make for a good experience.

Good value

My wife and I stayed for 7 nights in the room with a private bathroom, two bedrooms with a single and double room. Everything is old but worked as it should. The bed was very comfortable. There are no services as microwave, kettle or fridge in the room. How ever the bar downstairs have a fridge and microwave they will put things in and heat food up for you. A great surprise was that the staff happily gave us free hot drinks, cupper chinos and hot chocolate's and bottled water. All the staff were fantastically helpful with great attitudes. We feel for the cost of the room compared with other accommodation was good value. Our only negative was the volume of road traffic was high during the day and up to at least mid evening and very load when occasional hoon's would flatten their loud exhaust vehicles from the traffic lights nearby! My wife felt it was loud all the time. Double glassing on the windows would help I'm sure. We we still really pleased with our choice to stay there.

the room and bed was nice comfortable and clean, sadly there was no kitchenette for the rooms on our floor or any at all, no ironing board or ion available. no fact sheet telling patrons about what food was available in the local area. the hotel restaurant was closed for holidays

Staff were very friendly and understanding and allowed us a refund, but we arrived after several hours on a train only to leave after five minutes because the room smelt like urine so badly it was probably a health hazard. There is no toilet in the room, so someone may have been urinating in the sink or around the room and causing it to have such a potent smell that may not go away, despite the room looking tidy.

I had a lovely couple nights there, checking in was fine. Every single staff member was great can't fault them for anything. Also I booked a one queen with private bathroom and ended getting an extra bed for free so thank you for that :). If I had to say some thing where they could improve is just the details cleaning in the bathroom. The bath tub spa nozzles were yuk yukky ewwe. And also just under the bed should be vacuumed once in a while. I dropped something and it rolled U der the bed and had the shock of my life. I bid farewell to my lip balm. Having said that I noticed there was o ly one housekeeping lady so I Understand. For what I paid I definitely had my money's worth and will definitely come back another time. Regards T. Ly

This place feels like a share house than accommodation. A mass amount of rules will restric you during your stay. I wouldn't stay again, the rooms are clean but they are old and no work has been done to fix the falling apart areas.

Alright if you are okay with cockroaches

You get what you paid for, but finding a dead cockroach lying on the floor beside the bed is not one of these. I had to cover it with a towel and convince myself it would not resurrect.
