Nice hotel with renovated rooms. And location is awesome. Walkable to so many different restaurants and stores and public transit is nearby too. Even walkable to the Opera House. Gave us an upgrade in room too which was nice. Would stay here again.

The 360 view from the pool rooftop was amazing! The rooms were clean and the staff are very friendly. The only small negative is the hallways are narrow and at times cleaners had the laundry and cleaning items in the hallways.

Only toilet avalable before check in was on the roof. It was 1 toilet and filthy. Hotel room was very basic. No plugs by the bed so had to charge phones the other side of the room. Shower constantly leaked all night and soaked the entire bathroom floor constantly. Bathroom was slightly raised so constantly tripping onto a wet bathroom floor. Staff at reception were fine. Cleaners did a great job.

Good central location. Room was clean and had everything needed, cleaned up and fresh towels everyday. Had a suite bit noisy due to next to lift shaft but got used to it after 1st night. Overall good stay.
