Location was great for us, easy to get around. We arrived from airport before regular checkin time and there was a comfortable room available to us right away which was so wonderful after our long flights. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast that was included was very good.

The room was a little bit bare (could use some art on the walls) but spotless and beautifully stocked with tea and biscuits. I had a wonderful night’s sleep on the comfy bed. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Great location too. Recommend!

Great stay at this hotel! We came for our honeymoon and they decorated our room when we arrived, so sweet! They cleaned the room well every single day and always restocked coffee and snacks. Bar downstairs was cool and it was a pretty good location. Would recommend!

Wonderful old heritage building in fantastic location. It was refreshing to stay in a room with no bells and whistles, just clean, operational amenities. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom small but had all required. I didn't have the chance to eat in the dining room, but, from the lift, it looked like a grand old Victorian (as in the queen, not the state) formal dining room. I will definately stay here again, next time I'm in Sydney
