Die Unterkunft hat ein Top Preis/ Leistungsverhäktnis. Das Hotel ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und könnte hier und da etwas sauberer sein. Aber ich würde dieses Hotel Familien mit mehr als 5 Sternen bewerten. Der Aquapark ist super. Da kommen Groß und Klein auf ihre Kosten.Das Essen ist super und Abwechslungsreich. Sogar Sonderwünsche der kleinen werden berücksichtigt.Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch. In diesem Hotel kommt jedes Familienmitglied auf seine Kosten. Dies gilt ebenso für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung.

Ein sehr schön gelegenes und ideales Familien-Hotel. Dabei war trotz guter Belegung generell nicht viel von Kinderlärm zu hören. Das ist wohl dem guten Konzept zu danken: direkt am Restaurant eine gute Spielecke für Kinder nebst Sitzecken für die Eltern und im Anschluss eine Sportbar mit Fernsehen. Direkter Zugang vom Hotel zum Spassbad mit zwei Rutschen und 15 m Schwimmbecken und Saunalandschaft mit großem Whirlpool. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Lage zum Skigebiet direkt im Ort und nach Harachov (CZ) und Liberec und Rokitnice zwar ca. Jeweils eine Stunde zu fahren, aber gut erreichbar. Zu verbessern wäre wenigstens eine ladestation für E-Autos, da aktuell die nächste praktikable Station nur in Tschechien ist. Die ladestation beim Lidl im Ort ist aktuell noch nicht in Betrieb.

Es gibt nichts zu meckern, lediglich das Badezimmer war extrem gewöhnungsbedürftig (Zimmer 300). Der Raum war sehr klein. Man kam nicht an das Mini-Waschbecken ran, da die Dusche davor stand. Aber da wir uns wegen Schlechtwetter täglich mehrere Stunden in der schönen Schwimmhalle aufgehalten haben, hat es nicht gestört. Dank an das freundliche Personal!

Śniadania i obiadokolacje bardzo smaczne i duży wybór bez zastrzeżeń. Obiekt swoje najlepsze czasy ma już za sobą jednakże co do czystości nie mamy zastrzeżeń. Między sypialnią a aneksem była futryna ale drzwi brak, szkoda. Basen i strefa saun Ok, jednak tylko dla dorosłych, mogłaby być choć jedna dla młodzieży, bo ratownicy ciagle ich przeganiali a to trochę ich dyskryminowało. Masaże rewelacyjnie, szczególnie polecamy i pozdrawiamy Pana masażystę.

Hotel mit Schwimmbad
Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum, punktet aber mit dem angeschlossenen Schwimmbad. Essen ist unterschiedlich, meistens findet man etwas, keine Gourmetküche, eher Massenfütterung. Viele Familien mit Kleinkindern, wer das Geplärre nicht mag, ist hier falsch.

Wspaniały wypoczynek.
Czysto, wygodne łóżka, mięciutka pościel. Miła obsługa. Park wodny, siłownia do dyspozycji. Śniadania obfite i bardzo urozmaicone. Podobnie obiadokolacje. Bufet z wieloma daniami ciepłymi i mnóstwem mięs zimnych, sałatek, warzyw deserów. Nie do przejedzenia. Jedyny minus to płatny parking. 30 zł za dobę przy niemałych cenach za noclegi to sporo. O tym jednak wiedzieliśmy wcześniej. I tak polecam gorąco.

Die Verpflegung war sehr gut, vor allem das Frühstück. Das Bad sehr schön !!! Wir bewohnten 2 Zimmer. Das eine war sehr schön , bei dem 2. Zimmer war die Dusche in keinen guten Zustand . Gewöhnungsbedürftig !

Großes Hotel mit entsprechendem Trubel (viele Familien mit Kleinkindern). Service entspricht der Einstufung mit 2 Sternen. Essen ist in Ordnung, Einschränkungen aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie gibt es gar keine. Gut ist der im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Eintritt in das Schwimmbad.

Starší hotel, nicméně OK, pěkné welness (sauny od 18 let), 2 tobogany, výborné jídlo, z personálu mluví anglicky pouze menšina, nicméně se lze domluvit s trochou ochoty i česky, župan zpoplatněn 30 zloty/pobyt (nám nakonec neúčtovali, byla porucha výtahu), bar končí ve 23h.

Insgesamt Zufrieden
SPA Bereich ausgezeichnet, Essen sehr gut. Aufzug war wärend des Aufenthalts eine komplette Woche ausser Betrieb, sehr ärgerlich. Alles andere OK.

Hotel ogólnie ok!Jedyny minus to nie działająca winda od początku przyjazdu!Mieszkaliśmy na 7 piętrze.Od hotelu otrzymaliśmy vouchery na masaż i napoje i bezpłatny parking w ramach rekompensaty.Na basenie zimna woda !Reszta ok!
