"Uzuri Villa est une maison rare et extraordinaire sur Jambiani. Beaucoup de charme, l’accueil est fait par la chicissime Elga, une jolie italienne amoureuse de Zanzibar. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la nourriture est simple et délicieuse. Un vrai bonheur! La piscine est aussi fabuleuse à pratiquer lorsque la marée est basse . Et pour finir , le personnel fait tout pour nous combler . La situation de Uzuri au bord de la plage permet de suivre toutes les activités des pecheurs , ramasseurs...

"Een top hotel! We hadden een prachtige kamer met zeezicht. Elke dag werd de kamer goed schoongemaakt. Vriendelijk personeel. Het enige puntje is dat het ontbijt wat meer variatie kan gebruiken. Elke ochtend kreeg je hetzelfde menu, eieren met toast/wafel en een stuk fruit. Ook is er rondom de omgeving van het hotel niet veel te beleven en ben je al gauw geneigd om dure excursies te boeken. "

"Staff were courteous and friendly. Breakfast was a little sparse but the location and outdoor facilities were great. I stayed in a room facing the ocean. Fantastic. Much better than a pool room. Should note that this hotel will not refund cancellations even though their policy says so. Beware. "

"We stayed 4 nights. We did not have any toiletries in our room until the last night we were there. Our room felt like it was actually cleaned. The resort has potential to be a really great resort. Management of it really lacks. We had one outside light out of a possible 3. Lights burnt out inside the room. It could use proper management."

"I do NOT recommend that hotel. Old style boxxy hotel from the 1980'. Super small bathroom and shower with a plastic curtain. For the toilet, you litterally stand in the shower : unacceptable. Ok it is clean and there is a small unattractive pool. It is worth no more than 50 €, a sort of ok 2 stars lodge. No Zanzibar dream at all. Breafast is ok. Hotel is situated in second line from the beautiful beach. There are much nicer hotels ON the beach. Without a car, you are trapped in an ugly back...

"Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir nicht das gebuchte Zimmer. Nach einer Beschwerde bekamen wir es schließlich. Das Zimmer roch unangenehm, der Kleiderschrank bot kaum Platz für Kleidung. Es gab keinen Kühlschrank, und wie in anderen Hotels auf der Insel bekamen wir nur zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser pro Tag! Im Badezimmer fehlte ein Spiegel, es gab nur einen Stuhl, und die Matratze war vermutlich von Flöhen befallen, denn wir juckten uns ständig – und das nicht wegen Mücken! Wir baten um einen...
