From the moment we arrived, the personalised care we received made us feel incredibly special. A huge thank you to Milenia and the reception for the seamless welcome and professional service, and a special shoutout to Mia in the restaurant, who went above and beyond along with Neela from the Spa the stay extra memorable. It’s rare to find a team that balances luxury with such genuine warmth. We will definitely be staying here again and cannot recommend it highly enough!"
