Suzhou보다는 kunshan에 가까운 luzi에 위치한 호텔로, 중국어가 안되는 분은 숙박시 의사소통에 어려움 예상됩니다 영어하는 직원이 많지않고 organizing이 그다지 좋아 보이지 않았습니다

호텔은 좋은데, 결재 시스템이 불안...

호텔의 시설, 직원들의 친절함, 조식부페 등은 좋았다. 다만, 영어를 하는 직원이 부족해서 의사소통이 잘 안되는 것이 흠..게다가, 한국에서 Hotels.com을 통해 예약을 하면서 대금을 다 지불했는데..호텔에선 어찌된 일인지 지불확인이 안 됐다면서, Deposit으로 카드 가결재를 요구했다. 그 일로 한국과 국제통화를 몇 번이나 했는지..즐거운 여행에서 불쾌한 기분이었다.

The facility is quiet new and staff is friend, the location is near an undeveloped tourist area, worth a visit if you happen to be around this area.
