我在11月18日-22日入住Holiday Inn，在早餐用完後，我發現服務人員在看我桌上的餐具哪個有使用，就收拾那個，並沒有把我桌上的餐具全部收走換新的，當下我看到這種情形真的就差點吐出來了，實在是非常嚴重的錯誤。
