Really loved the luxury of the property, super nice. The breakfast was great as well. Staff was good, but needed to be more friendly to English speakers, if they can. Rooms were fantastic. Only thing I was frustrated about was that the front desk did not honor my Hilton honors rewards because I booked through a 3rd party site, which I have done numerous times before and gotten credit. Pretty silly policy that was not mitigated.

I turned on the "do not disturb" light when I was in the room and took off clothes to shower, and the hotel staff knocked the door heavily and wants to come in the room, I shouted “do not come in” for several time, they still opened the door by themselves and through the openning they can see me clearly. 我在房间里按亮了“请勿打扰”的灯，脱掉衣服准备洗澡时，酒店工作人员使劲敲门，我喊了好几声“不要进来”，他们仍然开了门，从他们站的地方能清楚地看到我。
