Stayed at Genting Hotel for 1 night as was visiting Birmingham for friend's wedding, and my husband and I had an incredible time! Needed to add an extra night due to one of my siblings being end of life. The lady on reception was so kind to find me a good rate and stay in the same room. This is why I choose to stay at the Gresham every time I need to visit my family. I can’t fault the place in the least. Will keep coming back ...

Bar not used, sorry.Hot tub broken but appreciate terrible weather conditions make it difficult to work optimally espyin such a remote place, so really no great complaints
