"This was a wonderful place to stay in guanica. Its a 5 minute walk to playa santa, and 15 min walk to playa jungla. The place was incredibly clean and the layout was perfect for my family of 7. The kids love playing on the private balcony and the locals are so kind and hospitable. Will definitely be planning another stay."

"The ac in the unit was terrible and did not cool the unit. Sad because i saw this comment in the reviews and thought it would have been fixed. The tv was not real time. It seem to be a streaming service. I had terrible cell service and the power went out almost every day. Overall we did not spend too much time in the room to let it affect our vacation. "

"The only Pro is a great location. Everything else is negative. The instructions were provided only at 10 a.m., when you should check in. I was already driving at that time without even knowing the exact address where I was going. Parking is on the street. You can arrange an overnight parking for $10 but it is possible only when you contact them before 5 pm. I have arrived at 4.40 pm and called several times but no one responded. "The property was nice. The Manager Harry was super helpful. The property is new and should be great when the kinks are worked out. Just know what we learned. We had several issues due to it being a new property. Our reservation was for 3 people we were given a room for 2. They had to bring a futon in for our daughter. There was 3 knives no other utensils, plastic plates that shouldn’t go in microwave. The toiletries were empty but Harry brought some 😀. The pool was just getting filled...
