"The property is located in a side street away from the Taksim or Istiklal commotion. It is spotless clean and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. My housekeeper, Cahide, was wonderful; kind enough to fold all my clothes every day and restock. This is my second year staying at this hotel and I highly recommend it."
"Great hotel just two minutes from taksim square. Friendly and helpful staff. Good cleaning.
Now to the negatives. The street it's located on has a lot of trans prostitutes especially on evenings but that isn't the hotels fault.
And the breakfast wasn't very good either.

The only odds is that room is very small for an American Citizen as we are used to spacious rooms, it is kind of squeezed"
"The breakfast was ample and varied, the shower was powerful, the ac was sufficient and cool and the housekeeping was done daily to a high standard. Also the staff were very helpful and approachable, we had 2 taxis arranged by them and the airport rate was good,looking for a nice hotel then this won't disappoint as location is central and access to public transport was close by with many shops and restaurants on the doorstep, thankyou brothers for your hospitality!"
"We had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent, the apartment was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The service was outstanding, with regular and well-organized room service. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. We have traveled to Istanbul many times and this was the best experience we’ve had. Keep it up! We will definitely come back again!"

The hotel has multiple locations, and I was very pleased with the building I stayed in. Although it was the farthest, I personally found it to be the most beautiful. Although I came to the hotel late night, I was impressed with the very friendly reception of the staff who I have found to be very polite and willing to do everything that would make the guest comfortable. From helping with the baggage at the time of checking in or out to finding a taxi and everything I need as guest, the assistance and attention I received was exemplary. "
