Property is getting old and dated. Many areas haven’t been cleaned for a while, blinds, top of cupboards etc Bed is a bit hard and not too comfy to sleep on. Nice pool and sauna, good location

Nice place to spend the weekend! Every channel of foxtel at your leisure, big rooms, big apartment. Only disappointment was level 5 or below’s are blocked by the restaurant in front. Level 5 was just on roof level of the restaurant…. Would stay here again!

Great stay

The room was very comfortable and the view over the ocean and Pumicestone Passage was wonderful. Contactless check-in was quick and easy. It is close to restaurants and to walk on the boardwalk or beach. My only negative comment would be the venetian blinds in the bedroom need replacing, probably with a blackout curtain as the curtains in the living area do not prevent light in the living area. We will be back.

Excellent location.

Excellent location. The apartment was well appointed but honestly needed a better clean in terms of dusting and vacuuming (found clumps of dust in places where there should have been a thorough dusting and vacuum canister needed emptying, clocks on electronics were all out etc and I changed them ). We were expecting a service clean during our stay as we were there 8 x nights and understood that this would occur part way through but all we received were clean towels on Day 3. We just about ran out of toilet paper. View was good although just at a level (Level 5) where it is full water view but looking out over the roof of building in front with aircon. I would stay here again but would hope the room was more thoroughly cleaned.

Getting a bit tired the apartment we had needs updating. Staff friendly. TV Remote not working so didn’t get to watch it. Stains on carpet and no hot water on last day. Reclining seat doesn’t go back so didn’t use again. Wind whistling through door jam and under door and couldn’t stop it. Patio Sliding door didn’t lock.
