We really enjoyed our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a penthouse. The view from our bedroom, lounge room and balcony was stunning. The accommodation was so spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It has all the amenities one could want. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely come back and stay again.

This is a nice apartment with beach view. Spacious too. The road noise is a bit loud and constant, but that is to be expected. Very convenient location and easy to walk to restaurants from here.

We would definitely stay here again! Check in was faultless, our 3 bedroom apartment was large and had everything you need. Only downside was the construction next door.

Great Hotel.
It was comfortable and clean and was exactly as described if not better. We were impressed and will most defiantly use it again. Plenty of room and having our own kitchen was excellent.

401 is furnished and decorated as though it was your own, lovely, thoughtful and relaxing. Best stocked kitchen and wonderful views both sides of the unit. Construction next door is ongoing til end of year ??? But didn't impact us at all. Great eating spots all round . Will be returning.

Opposite the beach
A bit tired but generally clean. Very large apartment with use of two toilets and the laundry. Being an apartment it wasn’t cleaned or serviced mid-stay. We had to take our own rubbish to the basement. Construction is underway next door and we were awoken at 630am Saturday morning by the tradies but by 7am they were well behaved & worked quietly.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment room 302. Rooms were a good size. Clean and had all you needed. Great balcony with views. Kids loved the pool. Good location.

BEWARE
At the time of booking there was no mention of the fact that a mega construction site directly next door was in progress, we paid top dollar to stay at the Meridian for some peace and quiet and we got anything but once work on the site started with a bang and machinery from 7AM in the morning. We would have found alternative and possibly cheaper accommodation should we have been made aware of the construction taking place next door. I think it disgusting that we were not told.

We as on site managers are always here for the guests to help with any issues guests are having. You did not make any contact with us regarding the above compaints. We may have been able to help. Like equipment and position, very nice property. Do not like only one little soap and tube of shampoo in the bathroom and only one spare pillow. The cover sheet on the bad was with black mark. The apartment was very good equipped and very pleased to be in

Usually we have 2 shampoo to 2 soaps obviously this was accidental the same with linen we would have been able to rectify the problem. Loved the property. Only downfall was the construction next door, obviously can't be helped by the owners, but a heads up would have been nice. After driving straight from Sydney our earlier (preorganised) check in was bumped back due to only one cleaner, which meant we had to sit around and wait.

Thank you for your Review. Generally speaking the noise is usually minimal. Checkin is 2pm sometimes we can guests can check in earlier if the apartment is ready. If we have many apartments to clean it is not promised.

Fantastic Views and well appointed Apartment.
Our one bedroom apartment was clean and spacious. The Queen bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen well appointed. Laundry had a good washing machine and Dryer, there was ample space to put the clothes airer up if required. The big balcony had a good size table and comfortable chairs where you could have a meal or watch the fabulous view. There was access to FoxTel and WiFi. Under cover parking with a lift up to your floor. Great Security. Great heated swimming pool and spa, with a BBQ area and Basketball area, which were all well kept. Great location beach over the road, near surf club, supermarket, restaurants, shops, liquor store, walking trail. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time.

Excellent Accommodation
Great place to stay. We will hopefully come back. Location excellent for us. Beach and walking path over the road. Small supermarket and dining options 5 min. walk. Staff friendly. Apartment with ocean views and sunrise. Beautiful. Well appointed unit. Loved it. Only disappointment was the incessant noise from construction next door. I know that can't be helped though.

Great ocean view and nice spacious apartment. However they had started construction right next to our apartment which meant we had no opportunity to sleep in (7am machinery commenced) and had to be out of the apartment all day until tools down at 4:30pm because the noise was so intense. Manager moved us after two nights to an apartment on the opposite side which was an improvement. We were there for only 4 nights so I can’t say it was a great, relaxing holiday but it really was out of the control of the managers hands and he did the best he could.

This property was very close to the beach area however sourcing a variety of places to eat that was within walking distance was a little more difficult. You would probably need a car. The verandah area was spacious and the whole unit was very inviting. The property was very clean but parts of the shower screen was looking very tired.

the manager was very friendly and very helpful the room was large balcony view of the ocean was amazing bedrooms view of the ocean wasn"t what i expected you only saw ocean while you were standing up lift broke down my husband daughter grandson and myself were stuck in the lift for nearly 40minutes before we got out manager was onto it basically straight away though his service was exceptional overall it was a pleasant stay very clean and spacious good position of resturants hotel surflclub and shops

A 4 bedroom apartment can be hard to find. We had penthouse with 3 double rooms and 4th br with 2 singles. It had 2 en-suite and main bathroom. Great ocean views, a rear balcony as well overlooking the park and lake. Internal stairs and lift access to private rooftop area with bbq and seating. Steve, the manager was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. Heated pool and across the road from the beach. Well equipped kitchen, with little extras supplied, and kids beach toys in the store room, just the little things that make a big difference. We loved our extended family getaway and would totally recommend Meridian.

We booked a luxuary 3 bedroom apartment with water view. The apartment was far from ‘luxury’. The apartment was well worn with all walls marked and scuffed. The tiles creaked and were chipped. The are movement cracks in the ceiling. After arriving at the property, the aircon failed to get below 27 degrees in the living room, the bathroom was very dirty and the Tv remote didn’t work. After contacting the on-site manager he attended the room and advised that the air con was 16 years old and was working the best it could for its age. He bought a new tv remote. When voicing our disappointment the manager didn’t even offer an apology or any kind of solution. Besides the heat, besides the uncleanliness if the bathroom, besides our overall disappointment in an apartment we were paying over $400 a night for, the biggest disappointment was the service we recieved. No value for money in these apartments and horrible service. Thanks to Steve and Viv for ruining our family Christmas.
