"I reserved a king room with a sofa bed because we were 3 people. There was no bedding for the sofa bed and had to go to front desk to get bedding. They did not have any pillows so was not able to get a pillow to sleep on….. just bad service…"

"I knew this was going to be an excellent stay when we saw the infamous Burt Reynolds centerfold mural behind the front desk, Loverboy playing in the background & amazing art on the walls. The rooms were spacious with an artist loft vibe. The entire staff was really friendly & helpful. Breakfast tacos were amazing. Centrally located & walking distance to the arts district. Will be back! "

"The elevator broke I asked for accessible room for my 90-year-old mother a walker. They put us on the fourth floor. The elevator broke the front. Staff was very rude. The phones in the room didn’t work. They only clean the rooms every three days and request in a refund."

"Newly renovated rooms are excellent, old ones are okay. I upgraded to new room after a day and really enjoyed the stay. I love the location because it is closer to airport, and in the center to west, east or south loops. I would highly recommend anyone to upgrade to the new rooms."
