"Room was a little damp as expected for a cave hotel but clean. The staff was excellent, very attentive, thoughtful, and spoke good English. We had to leave for the airport early (before their breakfast time) but the staff went out of their way to prepare sandwiches for us."

Bar/restaurant can get crowded for sunset views from non staying customers, I would suggest prioritizing bookings in this way, with walk-ins on a first come first serve basis. There are a lot of cats on property, very pet friendly, but flagging for those with allergies or phobias."

"The room was nice and very spacious! This hotel is on the outskirts of Goreme, but it's not that expensive for a taxi into town. There is plenty of parking for a rental car with no problem. There are no walkable restaurants in the area and the breakfast is not all that good."

"We were a 7 minute walk from the highest point to see the balloons. The hosts were super sweet. 3 minute walk to food and shops. Highly recommend for an affordable stay."

"The hotel was perfectly located—just 3-4 min walk into the town. The staff was exceptional in terms of friendliness and responsiveness. Of the 4 mornings we were there, the hot air balloons went in flight just 2 days (due to the weather). And 1 if those days, they came right next to the hotel! (Select the balcony room if you can get it!) Incredible experience! The only negative was using the hotel transfer. We had issues upon arrival and departure. Other than that, highly recommend! "
