"Rooms are dated. Fixtures were rusty and broken. Can't close bathroom door with the shower mat down. A/C malfunctioned leaving room either freezing or 87 degrees. Lobby needs a remodel to tear out the old bar which isn’t functional. Rooftop pool is tiny. Gym is small and outdated and was randomly closed. Ventilation system needs a thorough cleaning. Staff tried to be professional, but security burst into our room at 11:58pm to investigate a "noise complaint" that was my kid's white noise machine...
