"Close to metro, clean and airy apartment, quiet but still lively neighborhood."

"Convinient hotel near airport terminal 4-5. Literally just walk across the street and you are inside the terminal. Decent size of room. Good hot water and pressure. A bit strange design of shower as most of the bathroom floor will get wet during showers. Great gym in the basement. Good breakfast buffet starting early in the morning. "

"Had a very pleasant experience. Staff were very attentive and helpful. No ask was too big or small and I felt very at home. The pastries at breakfast were magnificent, best croissants I’ve ever had! Only drawback is having to pay to access the pool which is housed within the spa. Should always be included in a property of that calibre but overall, an excellent hotel!"

"The room was incredible. Clean and with a waterfall shower. It feels straight out of an Ikea catalogue. The location is amazing with all of the tour hotspots nearby and there’s plenty to explore without even leaving the hotel. The hotel is multi-faceted and serves all needs for any guests. The staff are helpful and are very accommodating. To note, the AC was not functioning when we were staying there, but the hotel did provide us with a fan which was helpful!"

"I stayed for two different nights within one week. First room was a dump and very disappointing for this price. I complained strongly when checking out, and they were obviously receptive to give me much better room the second night. Regardless, their site (and Expedia) should indicate clearly that they do not operate as a normal hotel. After work hours, there is nobody attending the reception desk and you are on your own to enter multiple gated doors, retrieve your room key from a cabinet, haul...

"A really good location, next to the metro station. The room was comfortable enough, although the mattress on the bed was well worn. Sparse provision of tea /coffee in room. No English Breakfast tea available in the hotel at the time of staying. The breakfast was plentiful and good, but the restaurant resembles a very busy ikea setting and is frenetic at times. The waitresses in the restaurant are delightful, but we did not like the supervisor insisting on setting up neighbouring tables for...

"It is a wonderful property in a great setting to ready access to everything on Gamla Stan and much on the other islands. The staff was very helpful with helping us find gluten free friendly restaurants, answering our questions from the most mundane (how to get to a certain place) to more interesting questions, like the meaning of the three crowns. We'd highly recommend the hotel to others. Also, it is a perfect spot for first time visitors to the city of Stockholm."
