Parking is a challenge, but the staff made every effort to make sure no one took the hotel parking spots that are reserved for guests. The beds were incredible, and as someone who has chronic lower back pain it was a god send. Will absolutely stay again! "

"Our stay ay Blue Steak was excellent. It was so clean and comfortable. During our stay we, unfortunately, experienced a power outage. It was pretty hot out! The hotel surprisingly didnt get too bad, thanks to the blackout curtains. They did everything they could to ensure we were comfortable and to make it up to us. We really appreciated it and would stay again! Beds and pillows were great too, which is honestly a hard find for us in Japan. "

"The beds were comfortable; the sleeping mats were not. Yet, the location is conveniently located and the check in is easy. The dryer was not functional so we were unable to dry our rain soaked clothes but this did not dampen our spirits. It was overall a great spot to stay. "
