My husband and I always stay at this hotel. It's convenient with our travels, always clean, quiet, restaurant is amazing. The staff are always so happy and friendly. Scott, the manager went above and beyond to make our stay the best. I highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk receptionist, Melissa, was the best. She was most helpful, kind and really likable. Our room w the view of mountains was fabulous. Breakfast was yummy everyday. We will be back and this is the place we will stay.

Nice view from the room. For my kids got a room without a view but that was fine cuz they don't care. it's funny because an Expedia it says that both rooms have the valley view but I noticed that one is like $20 more so that was the difference $20 for a bigger room plus The view was worth it.

I booked a room with a vies and paid more for it. When I got to my room I had no view. Front desk told me Expedia did not reserve a room with a view. Contacted Expedia who tried to change room, but none was available. NO PRICE ADJUSTMENT! Wont use again!!

The facility itself was amazing. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at any hotel offering this free amenity. Special thanks to Marie in the breakfast room for providing us such a great experience. The room was so satisfying and the valley view was 2nd to none. The only negative thing I could say about the visit was at the check in. The day manager during our stay was extremely rude. I made our reservation thru Expedia. I called the hotel's customer service line to request an early check in on our two rooms as we were in a wedding party and the wedding started an hour after the normal check in time. We were assured it sure it would not be a problem. She was going to contact the hotel and advise them of the situation. Again, we were assured it would not be a problem. We were only looking for an hour or so early check in time. We were told to call the hotel before we arrived just to make sure everything was okay. So...I called before and was greeted by one of the most arrogant hotel managers I ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She told me that first...If I wanted special privileges I should book directly with the property instead of booking thru Expedia. Second...She told me the customer service agent has nothing to do with her hotel and her assurance means nothing to her. Third...She told me we could check in early if I wanted to pay a half days rate before she would be able to allow us an early check in. Then she hung up on me. Wish I had more room to write more
