"further away from the mall but has shops around. NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED. other hotel that are cheaper has breakfast. they have snacks but that doesn't really suffice. in the afternoon, there are people doing meditation at the pool which somehow restricts the swimming freedom."

"My first time at shangri la. Amazing experience! Very kid friendly. Without prompting, the staff rolled in an extra kids bed and left kids toothbrushes in the bathroom. Real attention to detail. Highly reccomend!"

"Nina, the front desk staff at T7 provides great customer service. The hotel tuk tuk service is great! Breakfast spread is not fantastic. When we check in, the front desk staff (did not get her name) told us breakfast spread at T2 and T6 are the same. We ate at T6 (smaller cafe) for the entire stay but last day we found out T2 has way better spread. Felt we were misled by the front desk staff"
