Over the phone and in person. The gentleman who checked us in, pronounced my last name correctly. That was big for me since in most locations there is no Spanish speaking people. "Cleanliness was meh- receipts and golf tees from previous occupants in our room. Wallpaper was coming off of the bathroom walls. The lobby bathroom was pretty disgusting with urine on the back of the toilet. The pool needs to be completely revamped or eliminated- musty smell and corrosion - kids didn’t even want to get in it."

"70% of the property was under construction and none of the onsite amenities or breakfast were available. Instead we were provided access to breakfast and amenities at another hotel. Hotel elevator (1 on each side) was constantly being held by construction crews and contractors moving furniture. Stairs were an issue too as the railing was broken off the wall."

I chose this hotel for the price and location and because it featured an indoor and outdoor pool plus a hot tub. Upon arrival I was informed that the outdoor pool was not available nor was the hot tub. Bummer. The indoor pool was a dark shad of blue/green—the same as the outdoor pool. This didn’t look amazing. "The only reason I reserved this hotel was because it had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was out of order. The room was nice and a good size. I would like to suggest adding a waffle maker to the breakfast bar."

"The staff was very nice. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The walls are pretty thin. The continental breakfast had a variety of food. All four cereals offered, however, had a ton of sugar. My husband and I are diabetic so I would appreciate it if one of the cereals be something like plain Cheerios or Rice Krispies. It would also be good to have whole wheat bread as an option to toast as well."
