"Asked for a later checkout and was told it would be fine as long as we were out by 3 pm as 4 pm is when they would charge for another night stay. At 12:15 house keeping banged on the door demanding us to leave so I called the front desk again and he informed me he told me 2 pm was the time he stated (which he did not —he said 3 pm) I informed him if the calls are recorded he should go back and listen to our conversation as he at this point was lying about it. He put me on hold to go speak to house keeping which I’m positive he probably just put me on hold and didn’t say a word. Terrible customer service in my opinion."

"Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. One of the nicer properties I have stayed at in central Illinois. It’s not fancy, but it has everything you need. It was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained."

"The AC and fan did not work in the room. It was just not that clean. I mean ok enough for stay over. But would not use it again."

"Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. However, it was loud and we woke up several times to others in the building banging, slamming doors. I also received an attitude of annoyance when I checked in. I wanted to use Apple Pay as my family and I were traveling and I don’t carry all cards on me while traveling. I asked if tap to pay or Apple Pay. The fellow at the desk said yes. Then it didn’t work. He asked for a real card. I told him I did not have it on me. He asked me again and I said that I did not have it on me. I could have went and gotten my husband but I told him to just in put my card number. He was definitely annoyed he had to type in my card number. Anyways. This was a great stop for the 6 hours my family needed to sleep on our roadtrip. "
