This is advertised as having a pool. The pool was closed for scheduled maintenance. No one alerted us to this. Disappointing when the purpose of the stay was the pool.

Yes pool could have been a little warmer the Hot Tub was fine overall we had a great stay can wait to come back Thank you.

Inn at York
One of the gentlemen at the front desk was very arrogant unfriendly unpleasant he act like I was a chip on his shoulder and he was trying to knock it off very disrespectful

The Suites at Hershey
The staff was friendly and welcoming, ready to assist if and when needed to or asked. The room was clean and comfortable. Also, the location is perfect to get around to attractions in the surrounding towns, not just Hershey. Thank you to all at The Suites at Hershey for a great stay!
