"While traveling, I look for lowest priced property with a 7+ guest rating. Most ate family owned. This older (early 1950's?) property generally well kept (A-/B+): e.g., drapes functioned, but showed much wear. Smaller room (approx 275 sq ft), but laid out efficiently. Would have rated high cleanliness until I saw the used plastic fork under the desk. TV remote extra clean. The multi-plug outlet by the bedside table didn't work. To be fair, I didn't tell the desk, as I left at an early hour. Quiet, Would stay again but would report the fork."

"Rooms were very clean. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good but needs to be available past 9:30 am. It's vacation! Would like to sleep in a little. Not happy that they don't service the rooms every day. Had to ask for clean towels and more coffee for the room. At least they could tell you upfront that they weren't going to service the room each day."
