Hotel Lulu, BW Premier Collection

2/10 Terrible

"The bathroom faucet was broken and so hard to turn off and on and the drain plug also broke. The toilet made a Loud screeching sound when you tried to flush it and you need to do it twice in order for it to work. Lulu charged almost $40 a night parking after the taxes and that was totally ridiculous. Hotel would not even waive the parking after such a horrible stay. No compensation was offered. With so many hotels to choose from around Disneyland, this Hotel Lulu is an option we would never do again!"

"The property is dated, but they have made some updates over time. I liked that there is no carpet in the room. The rooms are spacious. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There’s a pool, laundry room, and self serve convenience store. There is a refrigerator in the room, but not a microwave (I think available on request). Location is super convenient to Disneyland, and there’s tons of stores and eateries nearby. For the price of stay, it was a great value!"

"It was a beautiful property. It was a large property. I’d say the only downfall was the size of the pool area. It was difficult to get a chair. Sometimes other than that the entire staff was very helpful. The rooms were wonderful. The beds were comfortable everything was very clean. The bar area was great. The valet to get the car was very efficient. No wait time to get an elevator to go to your room would definitely stay here again."
