"The hotel is in a good location for city attractions and shopping. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the mattress needs replacing. Very lumpy and uneven. Stayed 5 nights, room wasn't cleaned or made up once. Had to request a new toilet roll. Breakfast ok but not much choice. "

"The room was clean , bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The shopping nearby was incredible. We were wishing we had our teenage granddaughters with us. The included breakfast buffet was without doubt the best we have had in years. The staff was helpful and pleasant. "

"Bed was comfortable, room clean and quiet. Road works outside the hotel and lift renovation in the hotel does affect accessibility to the tram stop and it takes longer than usual to get to your floor level. Front desk staff were very friendly. We did not eat at the hotel. "

"Room was fine, not huge but plenty of room for us for one night. Room quiet and we slept really well and not far from the station at all. Breakfast was OK as it was included, scrambled egg was rubbery and orange juice was horrible."
